柯利斯-威廉姆森1973年12月4日出生于美国阿肯色州拉塞尔维尔，在1995年NBA选秀大会上他于首轮第13顺位被国王选中。球员生涯他先后效力于国王、猛龙、活塞和76人，出战822场比赛，场均贡献11.1分3.9篮板1.2助攻。

2007年9月威廉姆森宣布退役并开启了教练生涯，他在国王、魔术、太阳、森林狼都有过助教经历，过去2个赛季一直在森林狼工作。
